Welcome to the Jr. High Student Health Services page.  My name is Marilyn Ingram, R.N. and I serve as the nurse for our school.  My role is to assess students and staff for illnesses, administer medication, and promote overall good health.  During the school year I may be contacted through my direct line, 414-3872, the school office, 871-3516 or ingramm@mtnbrook.k12.al.us. I welcome your questions.  

MEDICATIONS:  Please read the medication policy prior to bringing medications to school for your student.  Nurses may not give medications to a student without a parent or MD authorization.
