The Mountain Brook district technology plan is a reflection of each school in our school system. To realize the benefits of our technology investments and meet our objectives, our schools develop a comprehensive plan for integrating technology into the curriculum. Our effective technology plan is based on the shared vision of educators, parents, community members, and business leaders. Our plan ensures that the technologies implemented and supported strengthen curricula and supports meaningful, engaged learning for students.
This plan also ensures that resources are available to meet the needs of all students, all staff, and all support services. It also specifies how the technology will be paid for and how its use will be supported. Benchmarks are in place to determine progress.
The Mountain Brook Schools’ Technology Plan is equitable, it is ongoing, and it is consistent yet flexible.
