Course Description
Advanced 3-D Art is designed for students interested in further pursuing areas of 3-D design in terms of skill proficiency as well as personal expression. Students will be able to communicate concepts and intentions through the manipulation of subject matter, organizational components, media, and processes. This course will allow students to delve deeper into the properties and possibilities of clay and other sculptural materials including wire, plaster, wood, and fabric, among others. Students interested in completing an AP portfolio in 3-D must take this course first. Prerequisites for Advanced 3-D Art are Art 1 and 3-D Art (level 1).
