You need to reset your default printer.
- Start/Printers and Faxes
- right click your printer and Set As Default.
Print to the copiers - 1st choice for all Staff
Students - print to the lab printers (b\w and Lab color)

Plan with your grade level for the possibility of e-Days this year. Do not be caught off guard. We want to be ready if we need to roll this in place.

1. Substitutes and Technology Equipment:
- Avoid leaving instructions for a substitute that requires logging in to the network.
- Place instructions for using any technology you are asking them to use, like show movie through projector or use document camera, in your substitute folder.
- Have a designated student helper.
- Have a designated team teacher helper.
- Substitutes may use the sub login.(see Robin)
- Teachers are never to give their log in or leave computer logged in as themselves for a substitute.

4. Microphones and sound systems - use to amplify voice not as a loud speaker; let students use the extra microphone on a regular bases.
5. Clickers\Cameras - check out from Tech office
6. Assign each student a computer seat or laptop - have that student use that device all year -faster speeds logging in.
