- Microsoft Picture Manager To resize mulitple images in picture manager. On the upper left side click Add picture shortcut and browse to the folder that has all of your pictures. Once you can see all of your pictures, click on the first one, hold down the shift key and click on the last one to select them all. Click Edit Picutures at top. Click resize on the right. Click percentage and choose a small percentage. Click OK. Click Save all.
