Moodle has been upgraded. It has a different appearance, and using it will be different from using the older version. MBS provided summer workshops on using the newly upgraded Moodle, and some basic information on the new moodle can be found at this link: http://www.mtnbrook.k12.al.us/cms/Moodle+2.0/15404.html
 
For the latest information and “how-to’s” for using the newly updated Moodle 2.0, teachers who are currently using or who want to use Moodle in the classroom should join the Learning Moodle 101 Course. The enrollment key for this course is (see your coordinator).
 
How do you get to the latest handouts and information on the “Learning Moodle 101” course?
Once you log in to Moodle through the Portal, you will see all of the course categories. In the search box underneath the course categories, type in Learning Moodle 101 and press enter. You will see the following course with teachers on that course listed. Click the name of the course: Learning Moodle 101 and type the enrollment key (see your coordinator). This course is a work-in-progress, a service that teachers in our district are providing by learning this tool and then trying to provide us with handouts in an easy to use format.
