The mission of the Personnel Department of the Mountain Brook Schools is to assist school principals and other administrators to identify, recruit, hire and retain outstanding employees in all certified and support areas. Currently the Mountain Brook school system has over 500 employees. The Personnel Department seeks potential employees who wish to contribute to a culture of continual professional growth and who desire to maintain the long standing tradition of excellence for which the school system is known.
