VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT--When you are finished and you want to play your presentation on another computer, sometimes PowerPoint does NOT embed your pics, fonts, sounds, etc. So. . . if you try to play it on another computer, you will get red X's and things may be missing. Solution: Don't just save as or copy your ppt file to a flash drive or CD.

How do you package your presenation so you can play it on another computer?

OnWin XP--File/Package to CD--you can choose to save it to a folder and choose your flash drive if you like. Follow the onscreen prompts. It will package all your files associated with your ppt and will even play on a computer that does not have ppt because it includes a ppt player.

On Win 7--click on the Windows Button and choose Publish/ Package for CD.
