    The Mountain Brook Cheerleading coaching staff would like to thank each of you for participating in tryouts. We consider it an honor that you have a desire to be a part of the program. Regardless of the outcome, you are all strong and courageous young women and you have much to be proud of! Know that whether you wear the uniform or not, we are always here for you and are eager to care for and support you.

    There is a MANDATORY uniform fitting on Monday, May 2nd.

    at 3:00 pm for 8th grade and 3:45 pm for 7th grade.


    Fitting Details - PLEASE READ

    The fitting will take place in the JH cheer room. ONLY cheerleaders are permitted to enter the building for the fitting. Parents must remain in the car. We have limited space and limited time, so we need to be as efficient as possible. Again, parents do not enter the cheer room for the fitting! We have a Varsity Spirit uniform representative and 3 coaches that are more than qualified to handle the fitting.  If you have an old uniform that fits you, please wear it to the fitting. If you are or have purchased a used uniform or parts of a uniform from another cheerleader, please bring it with you to the fitting. Please note we are adding a brand new uniform to our rotation. All cheerleaders will need to be fitted for this new uniform. 

    Make sure you have FULLY completed the uniform order form. Print it and bring it with you to the fitting. Measurements need to be conducted at home and added to the form in the designated spot.

  • If you would like to receive feedback on your tryout, please click on the link below and complete the form. The coaching staff has created a standard form letter that will be tailored to your tryout specifically. No raw scores will be given, rather, detailed information on your strengths and areas for growth will be provided. Per the policy you signed during registration, we will not be holding meetings to discuss the tryout


    Please keep in mind the volume of requests may be large and, therefore, it may take a few days to complete all requests. Each request will be processed in the order in which it was received. The coaching staff assures you that we will provide you with feedback in as timely a manner as possible.
