Returning Student Data Verification Process


    This data verification process is only for currently enrolled Mountain Brook students who will be returning to the district for the 2020-2021 school year.  

    Because our Student Information System (SIS) software is changing from Chalkable to PowerSchool in June, parents of returning students will be asked to re-enter all student information for next year.  The purpose is to have the cleanest, most accurate data possible to pull into the PowerSchool SIS.  

    Be advised that returning students whose data has not been re-entered will not have a student record in PowerSchool.  This means no school schedule can be created for these students.  

    • Please complete all steps to ensure accurate data for your child's/children's 2020-2021 school year.  Each student will be verified and registered separately.
    • After each step, close the window and go to the next step.  Be sure to log out of InfoSnap upon completion.
    • If you have any questions about completing the online forms, please contact your child's school.
    • For login questions, please contact Technology or 205-871-4608.

    NOTE:  If you have moved, you will be required to re-establish residency at the Board of Education office.

    STEP 1:   Verify your student's information by using the link emailed to you for each child.   Print a copy of your submission page for each child and keep for your records.  If you need the email to be re-sent, email Technology or call 205-871-4608.

    STEP 2:  Once you have submitted your information, use the CLICK HERE link to return to the beginning for Returning Student Data Verification for another child.  

    STEP 3:  Pay Online (Elementary Only - Click JH and HS links for information on when to pay)
