Kim Hutchens has been named the ‘2021 Best of the Best: Gifted Education Specialist’ by the Alabama Association for Gifted Children (AAGC). Hutchens is the enrichment teacher at Cherokee Bend Elementary School and has spent 6 of her 25 years in education at CBS.
