Ashley Elliott is the school counselor at Brookwood Forest.  She grew up in Valdosta, Georgia and studied elementary education at Wake Forest University.  After student teaching in 3rd grade in Winston-Salem and completing an internship under a school counselor in a London school, she decided that school counseling would be the best way to put her talents and strengths to use helping children.  She received her M.Ed. in School Counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill, and completed her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Samford University.  

 

Dr. Elliott joined Brookwood Forest in August 2011, and she is excited to begin her 13th year at BWF.  Dr. Elliott enjoys exercising, running, trying out new recipes, and spending time with her husband (Christian), son (Sam), family, and friends!  The students often enjoy hearing stories about "Baby Sam".  Mrs. Elliott cheers for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons and Ole Miss!
