The Global Scholar Performance Series Assessments are computer-adaptive, multiple-choice assessments with questions that automatically adjust to each student's instructional level independent of his/her enrolled grade level. Math and reading assessments are aligned to College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS) and ACT College Readiness Standards. Assessments are available for students in grades 2-8. Students can be assessed at periodic times throughout the school year to determine the students' levels of understanding which will allow teachers to make informed judgments about next steps for instruction. The diagnostic information provided by reports from these assessments can be used to plan for individualized instruction, set goals for students, and measure student progress over time.
