The policies developed by the Board of Education and the superintendent and the administrative regulations developed to implement policy are designed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Mountain Brook City Schools.  Consequently, it is assumed that all employees of the Board of Education will carry out policies and administrative regulations.  Continuous disregard for Board policy and administrative regulations may be interpreted as willful neglect of duty and may constitute grounds for dismissal.
