Dr. Lauren Anson
Dr. Lauren Anson is a special education teacher at Crestline Elementary. She is currently in her sixth year at Crestline and has three years of prior teaching experience. She provides inclusion services, as well as interventions for students in second and third grades. She is also one of the founders of the Cougar Cooks program at Crestline and loves getting to highlight her students' strengths through this program. Dr. Anson received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2008. She then went on to receive a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, an Educational Specialist degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and a PhD in Early Childhood Education at UAB.
