Schoology
Schoology is the learning management system for Mountain Schools. We began using this system in the fall of 2020-2021. Faculty, staff, and students access the MBS Schoology resource using the MBS Portal ClassLink. Once you access Classlink, click the Schoology icon. The student dashboard will be courses in which they are enrolled.

Brainpop
Brainpop--over 1,0000 short animated movies for students in grades K-12, together with quizzes, supplemental information and related materials, covering the subjects of science, social studies, English, mathematics, engineering and technology, health, and arts and music. Students have access to Brainpop while on campus without logging in. Teachers at CES have access to create an Educator account which allows them to create a class. Students should check with their classroom teacher for information on logging in to their teacher's My Brainpop class for assignments and home usage. Students use their network username for username and password. Students MUST have a teacher's class code in order to login individually. -
ClassLink
ClassLink is a GREAT NEW resource for Mountain Brook Students (parents and staff). Students can accesss their on line programs that they use at school and their network (personal G drive and shared S) files from school or HOME. When students click on an app, if we have not uploaded their username and password for that app, they will enter it once, and ClassLink will remember it forever. The username and password for ClassLink is the student's network username and password.

Code.org
Code.org's Computer Science Fundamentals courses have between 14 & 28 lessons (varies by age) that may be implemented by unit or over the course of a semester. Students create computer programs that will help them learn to collaborate with others, develop problem-solving skills, and persist through difficult tasks. They will study programming concepts, computational thinking, digital citizenship, and develop interactive games or stories they can share. Classroom teachers have thier students login informatin.

Discovery Streaming
A ground-breaking cross-curricular resource designed to simultaneously engage students and provide educators with instructional support to implement Standards. Thousands of learning objects, tools, and assessment activities encourage student content creation, critical thinking, and collaboration. Students sign in with Google.

Eduvision
Protected MBS Eduvision site for teachers to upload video for student and staff learning, CES News, Broadcast, eDays, Flipped Learning, Professional Development, etc. Videos can be public or private.

Sign in to your Mtnbrook Google Accounts (username: your login@student.mtnbrook.k12.al.us password: your network password) Online storage and collaboration. Upload files to your drive to access from anywhere; create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, drawings, etc. -
