Our license includes Office 365 Cloud-based and PC and Mac install of Office.
Office 365 does not need to be installed at home because it is cloud-based.
- The Microsoft Office license agreement provides each user 5 downloadable license of the latest version of Office.
- You may download on home computers and mobile devices.
- You may also deactivate a license if you no longer need it.
Download Time
- Approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
- The download installs Microsoft Office Enterprise software package.
- All school PC desktops, laptops, and Macs already have Office installed.
- Chromebooks use Office 365 Cloud service not the desktop version of Office.
How To Install Office at home
- Access MBS Microsoft Office 365 from the school website or this link
- Log in with your MBS network username and password on your personal computer.
- UNCHECK Make Bing your search engine
- UNCHECK Make MSN your browser homepage
- This may take 45 minutes to install. It is the full Office package.
- PC or Mac - Click INSTALL NOW button for PC and follow the prompts.
- Phone, etc - Click Get Office on your devices....
