Sharing and Collaborating
You have several different ways that you can share and collaboration.
We will use WORD as our example but steps are the same for each resource.
INVITE People to Share
- Open a File
- Select Edit _______ Online
- SHARE will appear in the upper right corner
- Select Invite People
- Enter the names of the people you want to share file with. Anyone in our Outlook Directory will appear.
- Separate names by commas
- Include an email message if you would like
- Decide if they can edit or only view
- Decide if you require a log in before accessing
- Click SHARE when finished.

GET LINK to Share
- Open a File
- Select Edit _______ Online
- SHARE will appear in the upper right corner
- Select GET A LINK
- Select View Only CREATE LINK or Edit CREATE LINK
- COPY the link and either:
- Add as a HYPERLINK in an email, on your website, in your online course, or other resources.
