Class Project: Discuss how iPads can be shared in the grade level so all students can create a “project” using apps like ShowMe on a concept they are studying. Show the students a demo on how to use and save their work in the app you decide for them to use. There are pre- made demos on the web. Note: Be sure you create a small example project from start to finish so you are aware of how the app works, how they save, and to make sure it will work for your concept and your students.

• ›Use the Educreations app to demonstrate a concept you learned in science. Make sure the teacher is logged in to the class Educreations account on the iPad.
• ›Use Doodlebuddy to illustrate a concept you learned in social studies. Be sure to save your work to the camera roll and type your name somewhere on your picture before you save it to the camera roll.
• ›Use the Toontastic app to illustrate a concept you learned in English. Be sure your teacher has created a Toontube account and it is signed in on your iPad so you will be able to save and share your story when you are finished.
