On a laptop: you will need to login to both the Chrome browser and Google. Once you have logged in to both, you may get a message to Link your Data. Choose to link the data.

 

If you don't get the message, you can go the Menu bar in Chrome (hamburger in upper right corner) and choose Link Data. (If you are already linked, it will say in the menu list, signed in as your google login. 

 

On the chromebook: it automatically signs you in to Chrome and Google at one time when you sign in.

 

All Mountain Brook users (teachers and students) have a Mountain Brook Google Account already set up. The username is:

yourlogin@student.mtnbrook.k12.al.us and your network password.  (Student example: 2022abc1@student.mtnbrook.k12.al.us  Teacher example: smithj@student.mtnbrook.k12.al.us)
