Everything should come up. You will not be able to adjust your bill to address, but if you want to change your ship to address click next and on the next page you should be able to.

Make sure you check Tax Exempt and that you will not ship outside the US.

If error comes up about tax exempt, just ignore and click next because on the back end Dell has your customer number tax exempt.

On the payment screen it should give you an option to pay by credit card. (you should be able to edit the bill to for the credit card on that page)
