Annual Learning Conference Welcomes 400 Educators

We were thrilled to recently welcome 400 educators from across the southeast to Mountain Brook High School for our annual Engage Learning Conference. The event kicked off on June 17 with an inspiring keynote by Liz Huntley, who shared the importance of education through the perspective of a student.
That afternoon featured 33 engaging presentations across three sessions, led by 65 educators from both inside and outside our school district. The next day began with a motivating session from Dr. Joe Sanfelippo, followed by 31 breakout sessions led by 64 educators from Alabama and the southeast.
A heartfelt thank you to all who attended and contributed (especially the Mountain Brook City Schools Foundation) to this incredible professional learning experience. We especially appreciate our sponsors, partners, and administration for making it all possible.
We encourage ANY educator to join us next summer for FREE professional development that is created BY educators, FOR educators. We can’t wait to see you there!
