MBHS Principal, Carrie Busby, Named AETA Administrator of the Year

Mountain Brook High School Principal, Mrs. Carrie Busby, has been named ‘Administrator of the Year’ by the Alabama Educational Theatre Association. MBHS theatre students nominated Busby for this state-wide recognition.
MBHS Theatre Director, Jane Ganey, said their program’s ongoing success in the theatre arts is made possible by Busby’s strong, supportive leadership.
“We are grateful for Mrs. Busby's leadership that continually uplifts and champions theatre arts at Mountain Brook High School,” Ganey said. “She's constantly trying to shine the spotlight on us - so it feels only right that we finally turn it back where it belongs.”
Mrs. Busby will be accepting the award at the Opening Ceremony for Alabama Thespians Festival, Friday, February 13th (5:00P) at Vestavia Hills High School.
